Just chugging along!

So I am pushing along.  I've visited the gym every day and am continuing to do so.  I'm getting stronger every time and I think that's pretty cool!

I've stayed on plan and it's getting easier to eat that way.

I was "The biggest loser" last week but my weight is still not really coming off.  I want to see under 260.  My hope is that after I get used to this schedule, the additional sleep and the reduction in stress, we'll see this scale move down.

Keep your fingers crossed for me!  :)

  1. Fingers and toes crossed, good luck! It's easy to know (in your head) that when you put in the work that eventually it will pay off, but it's something else entirely to actually see it on the scale.

  2. i found your blog from pinterest and its encouraging to see someelse going what you are going through ... i started on this weight loss journey a couple wks ago (lets be real its been my whole life ) and i applaud you for starting this blog!!!

  3. Thanks! It's alot of hard work, but eventually I'll get there.... *I hope*

    And yes, it is a life long thing, I've been on diets since I can remember.. I know that in Kindergarten, I was 85 lbs. That's one of those memories that will be with me forever.... :(
